The team at VPixx is excited to introduce our new PROPixx Maintenance and Certification Program. We created this program to extend the lifespan of your PROPixx projector and maximize your investment in your research tools.

  • Convenience: VPixx handles round-trip shipping, making the process hassle-free.
  • Reliability: The 2-year warranty ensures long-term performance and peace of mind. This warranty certifies that your projector meets VPixx’s high standards and specifications.
  • Sustainability: Contributing to a greener initiative by extending the use of your equipment.

How it works:

  • Once the eligibility of your PROPixx has been confirmed, we will email you shipping paperwork to return your PROPixx to our head office.
  • Our trained technicians will perform maintenance and cleaning, followed by factory calibration and performance testing.
  • Supplementary fees for part replacement beyond standard maintenance may apply. If applicable, we will contact the end user before repairs are processed.
  • The PROPixx will be shipped back within approximately two weeks of receipt. Your returned PROPixx includes a new, comprehensive two-year warranty.
  • All shipping and handling costs for the maintenance, excluding the clearance taxes and duty fees, are covered as part of our service.
