Eye Tracking Review Session with VPixx Technologies

VPixx Staff Scientists can host a remote session offering a walkthough of TRACKPixx3 features and optimal use. Part training session, part remote system audit, this meeting is designed to help you and your lab get the most out of your TRACKPixx3 eye tracker.

This service is offered free for labs using the TRACKPixx3.

We ask that the organizer of the event complete and submit the form below. We will be in contact to schedule a session. If multiple attendees are expected, only one person needs to fill out the form. We can send out a meeting time poll to coordinate scheduling, if needed.

We are not experts in every field, but our team will do their best to advise you based on our experience.

Session details

Approximately how many individuals do you expect to attend the session?*

The meeting will be hosted via Microsoft Teams. The lab is responsible for setting up a viewing/microphone arrangement for multiple attendees in the lab. Off-site attendees connecting via Teams are also welcome. For any installation or physical setup testing, we STRONGLY advise having at least two people attend in-person so that one can act as a “participant” in the chinrest.

Does your experiment PC and lab space have internet connectivity?*

Ideally, the experiment PC should be able to join the remote session and screen share. In addition, it is extremely useful to have an attendee connect with a mobile phone in order to share video of the physical installation (and show us the screen, if the PC is not on a network). IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INTERNET IN YOUR LAB, this will greatly reduce our ability to help with live troubleshooting. We may suggest offline communications (e.g., images shared over email) as an alternative.

Our office hours are 9:30 – 16:30 EST (Montreal), Monday through Friday. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates and times. If you are coordinating a large group, we can prepare a meeting time poll for you to distribute, to help decide the event time.
