MyVPixx Accounts Officially Deleted
As part of our website update in November 2023, MyVPixx logins were no longer required to access our documentation.
Previous content available through the MyVPixx portal included:
- Hardware documentation
- Software downloads
- Software revision history
- Account settings and preferences
The first two pages moved to our New Documentation Hub, which does not require a login. Software revision history can be found here.
As of this week, all MyVPixx account information has been removed from our website. Any personal information stored in your MyVPixx account, including name, contact information and university affiliation, has been permanently deleted.
No action is required on the part of VPixx users at this time. This is simply a notice to advise customers that their personal information is no longer stored on our web server.
